Computer
The ML-G10 is the first MSX2 computer released in Japan by Mitsubishi. It's a machine without any drive and with only 64Kb RAM.
This computer has been adapted for the Spanish market - see ML-G1. However, the additional interface was not released outside Japan.

Firmware
The firmware is launched automatically when you boot the machine. Bypassing this software on startup requires the user to press the DEL key during boot until a Beep sound. You need also to press this key when a memory extension is inserted in this machine.
The built-in software is a graphic application in screen 7. Its name is 'Hot Paper". Some features are only working with the optional ML-85AV interface.

The ML-G10 is a MSX2 with two cartridge slots (top and rear) and one expansion bus. The CPU is a Z80A from NEC (D780C-1) and an MSX-Engine S3527 from Yamaha.
Half of the VRAM is on a separate board accessible through a trap-door under the machine.
You need the optional interface ML-85AV for superimposition, digitization and Telop functions.
