Introduction

Demo published in February 1991 by the Unicorn Corporation. It uses digitized pictures from the official Iron Maiden video for the single Wasted Years, released in 1986 and extracted from the album Somewhere In Time.

The musical content of this demo is mainly based on CompileBGM BASIC.

Content

Intro

The intro starts with the red Unicorn logo in screen 5 before going to the Iron Maiden screen 8 and adding a menu to choose between manual or automatic mode.

Automatic mode

In this mode, some effects are applied on the pictures display. Here's a selection of the digitized pictures:

Manual normal mode

Useful keys:

• F1 - Frequency change 50Hz / 60Hz
• F2 - Music on/off
• F3 - Access to bonus mode
• F4 - Access to music stage
• up and down cursors - explore series of 4 pictures
• spacebar - music off and load next series of 4 pictures

Manual bonus mode

Useful keys:

• up and down cursors - explore series of 4 pictures
• spacebar - music off and load next serie in normal mode

Manual music stage

Useful keys :

• 1 to 4 - select music (after beep)
• spacebar - music off
• ESC - back to normal mode
